how do I post my previous and next bottons

I keep asking but not getting a reply to my question about adding last and next buttons to my tool bar

Click on the "View" menu, "Toolbars" (near the top), then "Customize..." (at the bottom). That should pop up a window of various buttons that you can drag onto the toolbar, including the previous/next arrows.
