Websites that use flash, specifically Picnik and YouTube do not utilize it seamlessly.

Asked by Nita

The flash plugin works for me however it is not seamless. On the website www.picnik.com, when editing photos, the cursor is jumpy and hard to manage and the uploader does not work. Firefox freezes and you have to 'force quit' to continue when attempting to use their best uploader. You have to resort to the' basic photo uploader'. And, when watching/listening to videos and switching between open tabs, the playing video will interrupt for a second when you switch from the video playing tab to another open tab. Flash just seems jumpy and not 'polished' or 'finished' as a seamless application. These are the only two flash issues that I've encountered however I am new to Ubuntu and really haven't used it that much so perhaps there are more? I am hoping this issue can be addressed and resolved in the next update release as flash is such a huge part of the internet and developing websites.

try to install the medibuntu package. You can find it in the Ubuntu software center if you use 9.10, yes and for photo editing try to use gimp

Can you help with this problem?
