i cant use the online application of encumbrance certificate in tamil in reginet.com. i installed the tamil font.the website looks in tamil,but when i try to click the link ''apply in tamil'' a new tab opens there i cant understand the letters.

I guess the page changes the language on reloading because browser header advises a different one.
If available, try to switch preferred language in content tab.

Might be the page uses Unicode again on new pages.
Try view -> character encoding -> more
to view encoding options for asiatic languages or try 'autodetect'.
