How to enable javascript

I am trying to order from vistaprint and have done in the past..but now it says i have to enable javascript and it gives instructions for windows and mac but not linux, how do I enable this? I need to place my order soon!!

you should install java plugin for firefox
go to applications add/remove
and java pluginn for firefox is there

I can't find the java pluginn? It has lots of programs to select but nothing that says java.

Packages are "sun-java6-jre" and "sun-java6-plugin". They are in multiverse repository.
