Ctrl+Tab, Ctrl+Shift+Tab do nothing

Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab do not change the currently focused tab, as was expected.

Yes. Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab wok perfectly in Chrome, Firefox, Opera, NetBeans, et cetera.
