change of default locale in gedit

Default locale of gedit is UTF-8 when saving.

I wanna chage default locale to EUC-KR but I don't know..

please tell me how I do

Hello

You have to reconfigure locales i think

type In a terminal

sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales

what should i do
