Where can can down load a URI handler to implemented for "mms".

I am running Ubuntu 6.10 , When tried to play the Totem sound player I got the above message.
Does any one Know where I can a URI handler?
I am new to Ubuntu.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
