internet stops working after 1 minute

The problem with my toshiba sattelite l555 running ubuntu 10.10 is when is start internet everything works fine but after 1 or 2 minutes i cant open webpages anymore, i have this problem on the wlan but also on the wired nic (not connected both at the same time)
when i wait a bit or restart the connection everything is fine again for 1 minute.

What i did try to solve the problem is: fixed netword settings dns ip address gateway but no result.
the strange thing is i did a extended ping to 8.8.8.8 and this keeps going even when i cant load webpages so i thought mayby firefox is the problem and i installed chrome no result.

One more thing i like to mention i installed ubuntu 2 days ago this problem came with it,on my windows 7 install i dont have this problem.

How do i solve this problem?

Are you able to ping the WLAN router when your connection freezes ?
Can you send the logs?
pls send the o/p of dmesg cmd
