Ubuntu 12.10 Gnome Remix (if this is what you mean) is not an Official Ubuntu flavor , so not supported here.

Try the Official 12.10 version and if you have the same problem , then I suggest to fill a bug.

Thanks

hi,

I try unbuntu official and the problem is the same, then i've been return to 12.04 (But I think gnome 3.6 is really better than 3.4)
Yesterday, I try to shutdown the pc with the wifi "off". It's work !!
Then with wifi "on" the shutdown isn't possible, with wifi "off" it's ok...

bye,

How long are you waiting? There is at least one 60 second delay in the udev rules which seem to trigger when the official Broadcom firmware is not found, even if it is not in use -- see bug 879120. Try running b43-fwcutter or the linux-firmware-nonfree to get the firmware(even if you don't need it otherwise).
