Disabled wireless won't re-enable
I recently installed Ubuntu version 9.10 (64bit) on an HP Pavilion dv7 1130us, thus turning it into a daul boot system with Vista(64bit). There are not any huge problems, but there is one that is particularly annoying. The laptop has a button to disable/enable the wireless card built onto the keyboard. It is very easy to press this accidentally. And if I do, the only way I have found to turn it back on is to re-boot the system. Pressing the button again does nothing, and apparently it disables the switch in the application on gnome as well. Why does it do this? I know the linux drivers don't completely match the hardware but that wouldn't cause that would it? Is this normal and can it be fixed are my main questions. Though any information concerning this would be helpful.
Thanks
