wine won't work

i have setup wine following the instructions in the Ubuntu guide book and ran winecfg but i don't get the option of opening windows exe programs with wine when i right click them.

To use Wine you need a Console Mode (Terminal), try:

$ wine program.exe

program.exe its the name of your windows program

you also can create a launcher [shortcut] on your dekstop and put in a command section wine /path/to/your/exe/files. Then you can just run the launcher..
