10.10: Menu Pamel

Asked by peter

Hi

If I start up tthe PC, the menu panel (Applications, Places, Systems) will be placed over the task bar. But I prefer to have the menu panel on the bottom. So always I have to change the properties to get this.

Can I force the menu panel so it will be always after the start up on the bottom of the screen? Thanks in advance.
Peter

Hi Peter,

If you have the bottom panel right click in the middle of the bar, then click the add to panel and locate the "Menu Bar" and click add then you can see the Application, Places & System menus in the bottom then delete from the panel on the top panel.

In case you have not bottom panel then create the panel from the top panel then add as per the above.

I hope you have the necessary answer.

Regards
Shasti.
