No Dial-up Support in Ubuntu 8.10
When I upgraded my system from Ubuntu Studio 8.04 to Ubuntu Studio 8.10 I lost the ability to connect to the Internet via dial-up. How can I get the functionality of System-
I have installed each of the different distributions (LTS, Edbuntu, UbuntuStudio) of Intrepid Ibex 8.10 on a separate system and all of them prohibit the 40% of potential users in the United States and 60-80% world-wide without either DSL or Cable Modem capability from being able to access the Internet because the system does not support dial-up connectivity. Additionally, I have tried Upgrading from all previous distributions of Ubuntu 8.04 using each of the standard distributions and Alternate Installation DVD upgrade method for 8.10. All of them delet the Network tab from the System-
