screensaver only top bar date battery strength etc no icons

What happen to the screen-saver settings? After the update many items were missing. I can re-install those but nothing for the screen-saver settings. nothing to point to the screen saver... no icon.

Can i roll back before the update?

a regression in the lates updates caused this.
another user reported that he rolled back the update and the problem was fixed.
