dependency errors after purging Gnome 3 PPA

Previously installed GNOME3 has been removed from 11.04 by PPA purge. After this there are some dependency errors in case of following packages:
gnome-icon-theme
 brasero
 empathy
 eog
 evolution
 evolution-couchdb
 evolution-exchange
 gnome-control-center
 gnome-screensaver
 humanity-icon-theme
 rhythmbox
 rhythmbox-plugin-coherence
 rhythmbox-plugins
 totem
 totem-gstreamer
 totem-mozilla
 totem-plugins
 totem-plugins-extra

Yes they al use those libs so will probably need removing too. I suggest you reinstall. There are countless warning telling you that Gnome3 is NOT STABLE in Natty.

Re install 11.04 or just the common libraries?

The whole OS. The Gnome PPA has basically updated your entire DE. You could try and reinstall the gnome libs but its awfully long and you will more than likely get an unstable OS
