There is none - Ubuntu uses sudo.

You can create the root password by clicking SYSTEM, ADMINISTRATION, USERS AND GROUPS.
Select root and change the properties.

Using terminal or when requested you must type simply sudo + command you want to run as root user
for example:

sudo fdisk -l

Please also type:

man sudo

to get the man page of "sudo"
