Multiple cursors after changing Nvidia drivers

Asked by Mateusz Bąk

After upgrading to 14.10 and changing default drivers cursor in terminal starts to multiply and blink while typing:

Returning to first driver doesn't help.

If you make a fresh Ubuntu user and log in as that, is it the same?

... still blink. I have similar problem when running applications in wine - random items in lists are checked simultaneously and blink.

mateusz@mateusz-Inspiron-N5110:~$ cat /proc/acpi/bbswitch
0000:01:00.0 OFF

Problem was "solved" by turning off the nvidia card via installing bumblebee. Should I report this issue elsewhere?
