access denied at /usr/sbin/ndiswrapper-1.9 line 146

I am trying to install windows driver for my D-Link DWL-520 wireless card, but every time I tried I was been denied.

You should not need to install Windows drivers. For the most part, they are incompatible, plus, there should already be a driver pre-installed. However, if there isn't, try using sudo (ie, prefix your command with sudo). The reason for this is that /usr is owned by root (the superuser), and other users can only read it. sudo gets around this problem by allowing you to run the command as the superuser.
