Unable to Upgrade to Ubuntu 24.04

Followed this link for Upgrade ubu 24.04 from 22.04 LTS. Got below error.

Cannot upgrade this system

Due to a bug in grub, this system cannot be safely upgraded at this
time.

Ubuntu 24.04 is still under development.
Will not be released until : 2024-04-25
There are still many bugs to fix before its release.
