Where are the translations for this package?

This is a "front row" application for laptop Kubuntu users, so it should be localized. I can't see any translations for "guidance-power-manager" package however. Aren't there any available? Who could I contact with to offer some help with Polish translation?

I tried to get some more information and found https://wiki.kubuntu.org/KubuntuJauntySetup which states that guidance-power-manager will be replaced by Powerdevil in the next Kubuntu version. That means that I'll try to concentrate on Powerdevil instead.
