404 Not Found

I have installed libjs-query but when I go to https://localhost/javascript/jquery/jquery.js, I get:
Not Found
The requested URL /javascript/jquery/jquery.js was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Server at localhost Port 443

I works on my other Ubuntu computer.

This requires javascript-common, do you have that package installed?
