reference documentation for juju environments

Hello,

I am currently investigating what would be involved in porting JuJu to support alternative container/VM types. Specifically ZeroVM and or OpenVZ. I am interested to know if you have documentation that outlines the internal API's used by JuJu to communicate and deploy the various components.

Do you have any detailed documentation?
