Ajmal,

The easiest way I can think of would be to just download and then enable the installation DVD for a Kubuntu installation using the instructions at https://help.ubuntu.com/8.04/add-applications/C/offline.html as a guide. If you didn't want to have to download the whole Kubuntu DVD there are also instructions in that link on how to make up a CD with just the packages you want to install (make sure you remember any dependencies!).
