Files being generated without reason

On checking my files I noticed that files were being generated without me doing anything.
These are called .goutputstream and as fast as I delete them as they appear to be empty they reappear daily.

This appears each day in my file system delete them and they return,also noticed that when other files as well as these are deleted they return into the file system

Yes your home directory will repopulate after each boot.

Yes I did that as soon as I posted and it refered to a BUG.
