Whats the question?

The latest fully released version of Ubuntu is 12.04 available here

http://releases.ubuntu.com/12.04/

Ubuntu 12.10 is in beta is available but is still being tested and not yet recommend for normal users.

Its due to be released Next Month 18th.

If you really want it early you can get it here

http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/

I wouldn't recommend it though. Its not final yet.

The question is self answering. Look at the version number and have a think. Remember that it is 20(12)
