How doi I join my Ubuntu 12.04LTS desktop to a Windows Domain using Likewise-Open gui?

Hello,
I am new to this Ubuntu passion and I have been trying to get my desktop to join a Windows domain using Likewise-Open gui, but every time I try I keep getting back a fail message "DNS_ERROR_
