Vertical bars on all HD Channels in UBUNTU 11.10 & MYTH TV with Hauppauge HVR-1800
I did a fresh install of UBUNTU 11.10 from CD. I installed Myth TV via the new Dashhome feature. I configured Myth TV to work with Time Warner cable and my Hauppauge HVR-1800 tuner card. When I attempt to view HD channels (2_1, 4_1, 7_1 etc.), they all have vertical bars (in alternate colors) overlay-ed on the picture, across the entire screen. Sound appears to be working correctly. Non-HD channels also seem to work properly. I have tried deleting all the channels and rescanning, and even reformatted the partition and reinstalled UBUNTU 11.10, and Myth TV, with the same result.
This same computer has Windows 7, Windows XP MCE & UBUNTU 9.10/Myth TV partitions installed. HD channels are clear in Windows 7 and UBUNTU 9.10 so I believe the anomaly is unique to either the new UBUNTU 11.10 or UBUNTU 11.10/Myth TV download.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
