rhythmbox is opening while clicking links in places like home folder

When I try to open links in places like home folder rhythmbox is getting opened. I have a doubt that I opened my music collection in my external media and now it is not connected and those files are now showing as missing files in rhythmbox. Could some one help me with this issue.

Hi

Do the following:

1: On the desktop create a new folder.
2: Right click the folder and choose Open With Other Application.
3: Search for File Browser.
4: Activate the switch Remember this application for „folder“ files.
4: Click on File Browser.
5: Click Open.
