I have no Idea where to put suggestions for Ubuntu.
I want to suggest this idea, but I don't know how nor do I have the time to search various websites. I tried brainstorm.
The question is:
Allow .bin, and .Run files to execute without physical input.
This is the most annoying thing about Linux. Don't get me wrong I love it, but this is just getting repetitive. Whenever I download say a game (Cold War) it's a .run file. I always have to click properties, permissions>Allow to be ran as an executive. When you are only doing it once, it doesn't bother you, but when you have to do it multiple times. It's just unnecessary. I personally would like to see an update that put's these files as an executive type by DEFAULT.
