can not load the new firefox

I am not computer savy but my hotamil account does not work properly anymore and the system keeps telling my to upload I keep trying firefox but after I type in firefox I do not have the apply change come up what do I do?? where is it?

Please be a little clearer with regard to the actual problem. Provide a set of steps that could be used to recreate the problem.

It is OK now updataed the ubuntu version now my hotmail works
