Three ways to install Adobe flash.

1. In the Ubuntu Software Center, search for "Adobe Flash plugin" and you will see it.
2. Open the terminal and enter "sudo apt-get install adobe-flashplugin".
3. Go to Adobe's web site and download the *.deb file.

It all depends which one you want to use. :)
