Ubuntu 9.10 and openoffice 3.1.1

I wish to upgrade openoffice 3.1.0 to 3.1.1. I am using OS Ubuntu 9.10. I am a dummy. How can this be done easily?

OpenOffice.org 3.1.1 is installed with Karmic 9.10

So you do not need to install it.

You can check the version after launching e.g. Writer by going to the Help menu and choosing "About".
