ruby2.1 package

Where are all of the ruby man pages?

This package seems to be missing the following man pages:
gem rdoc testrb

Typing `man gem` resulted in an error about a dangling symlink (installed by the ruby package).

I had to source them from elsewhere.

Not sure if this is a bug or there is a legitimate reason why they are missing.
