I would like to know how to install the latest sbackup on ububuntu 8.04 and on 10.04?

REMEMBER that Ubuntu 8.04 is no longer supported, so if you have a machine with it, upgrade immediately. Here is a list of supported system:

Hello,

I need to be more precise. I have laready sbackup on both of these ubuntus and what I need is the new version the latest.
So I need to upgrade the current on but I do not know how to do that?

I would like to be able to switch off compresion and the latest sbcakup can do that.
