Login keyring

When ever i try to connect through wireless or set up my email or other accounts i receive that i have to open my logging keyring. Is that normal? or someone tries to hack my PC?

This may appear as a bug to you, but this is expected behavior. I am converting this to a question for someone to answer

As far as the wireless network passwords go, they are saved in a keyring. When you login, you are asked to unlock this keyring which has access to your wireless network passwords. Once it is unlocked, then the system searches through the wireless networks available to you and if you have a password for any of them (in an order defined elsewhere in the system).
