totem package

Can't select chapters while playing a movie in Totem

Totem will play the movie from the beginning but the chapter selection controls at the bottom will not work. If I hit the right >>> button the movie just freezes with the advance bar stuck at the end.

Are you playing a DVD in Totem? DVD navigation is not well supported in Totem. I suggest trying VLC which is available in the multiverse repository.

If it is a playlist of individual movie files on your hard drive there is possibly a bug in Totem and/or gstreamer.
