3D Chess problem

When you play chess you can set it to 3d view, but when I try to do that, the program tells me that there is no openGL in phyton, or some thing like that. Can somebody pleas help me?...

No problem, though this is the wrong package. ;)

sudo apt-get python-opengl python-gtkglext
Should do the trick.
