What torrent client you use? Transmission ? (the default)

"Seeder" peers the Bittorrent, are the people who are offering the full file for download. Peers who don't have the full file and are still downloading are called "Leechers". The number of seeder can not be influenced by you.

But in some situations the tracker does not allow you to see all peers for different reasons. You might see more peers if PEX and DHT are activated in the settings.
