transmission package

Help with Transmission

After install Transmission through Synaptic I check in Dash but there is no application with that name.
In Synaptic, Transmission has tree files with green square (installed), Trasmission-daemon, cli and common.
This application was installed after been advise by your web site, I had problems with qBittorrent and
Ktorrent.
Can your please help me with Transmission to work and second which of the torrents is the correct
for Ubuntu 12.04.

Hi ,
Open synaptic package manager and search for "transmission-gtk" package. Install it if is not installed.
