when choosing application for torrent download, I can't find transmission .exe

I'm pretty new to Ubuntu and Linux-based OS, so please excuse me if this is a trivial thing. In which directory is the .exe file located?

Just double click the file. Ubuntu comes with Transmission installed by default.
