How do I remove ubuntu from my pc that has windows 7 on it?

It depends on how you installed it. If you used the windows installer (wubi) go to add/remove programs and remove "Ubuntu".

If you installed alongside windows, you first need to install the windows bootloader: boot from your Windows DVD or a Windows repair CD to a repair command prompt and run "bootrec.exe /fixmbr".
Once you've fixed the bootloader it should boot straight to Windows. At that point you can format the Ubuntu partition as ntfs and reuse or merge it to your Windows partition.
If you remove the Ubuntu partition before reinstalling the windows bootloader your computer will not boot.
