First, please be aware that Ubuntu 11.04 is still in beta, so you should expect to experience some problems. It sounds like the problems you've had so far are unrelated to any bugs, however. With that said, I do recommend you make sure to use the Beta 2 .iso image (unless you're using a daily-live image instead -- don't worry if you don't know what that means).

You can learn how to burn an Ubuntu .iso to a CD or write an Ubuntu .iso to a USB flash drive by selecting CD vs. USB, as well as your current operating system, in Step 2 at http://www.ubuntu.com/desktop/get-ubuntu/download. Please try that, and if you have any problems, please post a reply providing detailed information about what you tried and what went wrong (or about what you're confused about).

Finally, please do not post in all-capital letters. It is difficult to read and is taken by many to mean you are SCREAMING.

Kill the caps, it not only makes text harder to read but looks like you are shouting.so DON'T.

I suggest you use Maverick.Your obvious level of Ubuntu expertise does not lend toward running a Beta OS.Natty is NOT ready and NOT stable and you will have a lot of issues with it, even a few weeks after release day.

You will need to download and MD5 test the ISO of your choice, then load your burning software and open the image, you will then start the burn. Burn at the SLOWEST speed and it will be ok. If you are using Ubuntu now you can right click the ISO file and open it with your burning application and it will do the rest.

Can you help with this problem?
