i cant get the program to install

i have downloaded 10.10 version eight times now and it wont install ive tried to copy it through different ways to a disc eg (data image iso )but my compuer dont reboot on the program to install ive tried reboot later but nothing .It also gives me another option to install to run with windows but it is asking a pasworkd or code is it posible if you can assist me wit it please .im realy tired of windows

Are you the system administrator?
Did you MD5 test the ISO you downloaded?

Could you explain exactly what happens at boot, and what are error messages ?
