Issues at grub login screen i don't have Ubuntu listed

sir, I'm trying to use Ubuntu 11.10 OS with windows 7 but problem arises when I'm restart and select 'ubuntu' ... it does not shows any side icon and any bar... so i forced to use the combination key'' ctrl-alt-del'' and then restart babbles appears .
when I'm trying to enter guest session it gives entry but it does nor permit me to my user account. In guest account I'm unable to view all my drives . It only shows me any one of three of my drives of my windows 7 system. I need your help . please help me.

my windows 7 system is 32 bit. I'm using original OS . my laptop is hp mini.
