ubufox package

can recieve download of but not install upgrade packcage

i am given the full download to 13.10 , but when its done i don't know what to do with it . before when i was given upgrades, they just automatically did everything necessary . what's different now? i was clear up to 12.10 but in the midst of putting in 13.10 i had a power failure. have been off track ever since now my upgrades never make it out of download

Boot to root recovery mode and run:

sudo apt-get -f install

Does it continue the install?
