Are you asking if there is an organization or agency in Kerala, such as a hotline or users' group, that provides assistance to Ubuntu users in that state? Or are you asking if there is an online forum for Ubuntu users in Kerala? Or are you asking if the Ubuntu Help Center (also called Yelp, the help viewer) will display help in the Malayalam language? (Or something else?)
