I can't open the 51413 port

I have an issue when I try to open the 51413 port. I added it as a rule in my firewall (both TCP and UDP), but it remains closed. Then, when I disable the firewall, the port results open. So, I think it's an issue of firewall.
What do you think about that?

Do you have an application listening for connections on the port? You may have opened the port in ufw then there needs to be an application to accept the traffic once it clears the firewall
