Remove top panel from second screen

I use extended desktop. The application launcher only shows on my primary screen, but the top panel shows on both. Is it supposed to be like that? Can this be fixed? Don't want to see the top panel on my secondary monitor when I watch movies full screen. I'm using ubuntu 11.04 64-bit.
