i can't download update

i have that message when i start to update
Failed to fetch http://ftp.uni-kl.de/pub/linux/ubuntu/pool/universe/c/cups/cups-ppdc_1.4.4-6ubuntu2.3_i386.deb 404 Not Found
please help

Try it again, that link works for me. If that fails check your network connection is up and running using the ping command, then if that fails, try switching mirrors (http://ubuntuguide.net/how-to-select-the-fastest-mirror-for-ubuntu-download)
