Accidentaly refused access to desktop, now I can't reconnect the computer

In the remote desktop viewer, I tried to connect 2 computers, and on the one that I wanted to connect to, I accidentally clicked refuse, and now I can't connect my computer to the one I clicked refuse on. Please help because my buddy needs help really bad and now I can't help him.

I hope you aren't using VNC over the web... and if you are I hope you are using an SSH tunnel. VNC has zero security so anyone can capture the keypresses you send.

Will the refusal not be on the system you connect to, not the one you connect from...? You can test by making a fresh ubuntu user and try again to connect. Is it ok?
